John Rice, Broker in Charge: Owner of Blue Ridge Realty since 1981, specializing in the development of mountain resort properties. Developments include Little Creek, Hickory Ridge, Falcon Crest, Yonahlossee Resort and Club, and Yonahlossee Saddle Club. Currently directing the development of Sunalei Preserve, a 1000 acre community located west of Boone, NC. John enjoys tennis and is an active sailor racing his boats in both of the Carolinas and throughout the Caribbean.

Edie Milano, Broker, GRI: Joined Blue Ridge Realty in 1995 after a successful real estate career in Eastern North Carolina. Todd Rice, Broker: Joined the Blue Ridge Realty sales team in 2004. Returned to his hometown of Boone after a successful career in the hospitality industry where he worked for Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Hilton Hotels Corporation. Whether a first home, acreage, or vacation dream home, Todd's extensive knowledge of the Boone, Blowing Rock area coupled with his experienced customer skills and service, enable him to find exactly what his customers need to fulfill their particular requirements. Mary Jane Rice, Broker: Has been a part of the Blue Ridge Realty and the Inn at Yonahlossee team since 1989. Over the years she has been actively involved in the development of the Yonahlossee Equestrian Center and managed the Inn at Yonahlossee Resort from 1994-2004. Currently she assists her husband, John, in the day-to-day operation of Blue Ridge Realty and the Inn at Yonahlossee.

Charles Taylor, Broker in Charge: Has been active in the real estate market in the Boone/Blowing Rock area since 1982. Charlie is a native of Boone and his grandparents were some of the first settlers in the Valle Crucis. He knows the High Country and the surrounding counties first hand Charlie has worked side-by-side with John Rice since the inception of Yonahlossee Resort and Club and Sunalei Preserve. Charlie is a former quarterback for Appalachian State University” football team and is now an avid golfer. Charlie and his wife, Carolyn, have three grown children and now enjoy their five grandchildren.

Allan Wagner, Broker: Joined Blue Ridge Realty in the Fall of 2004 after a successful career with another real estate company in the High country. Allan, a lifelong resident of Watauga County, knows the High Country both "in-town" and out. In addition to selling real estate, Allan was involved in the log home business for several years Allan’s persistence and “stick-to-it ness” allows him to assist those customers searching for those seemingly impossible properties. Allan is also an outstanding golfer and plays regularly at the Boone Golf Course. Allan and his wife, Judy, have two daughters and are the proud grandparents of one.

Judy Wagner, Broker: After a successful career as a Registered Dental Hygienist and over twenty years in retail business where she was top sales person for the past nine years, Judy is joining her husband, Allan, at Blue Ridge Realty. Judy, a devoted mother and grandmother, has tirelessly volunteered with Watauga County schools and the civic community. A true service professional, Judy treats her clients with respect and dignity. As to joining Allan here at Blue Ridge: "We've been a team for more than 35 years, so working together in a profession we both love seems to suit us to a "T."

Jeff O’Bryan, Broker: After having owned and operated an IT company in Charlotte for 16 years and a real estate company for two years, Jeff could no longer resist the call of the mountains and came to BRRI in the summer of 2006. Jeff, his wife, Julie, their two children, Kyle and Katie, and dog, Andy live in the Sorrento area of Watauga County between Boone and Blowing Rock. Jeff, an avid golfer, also enjoys many of the sports that the High Country offers including skiing, mountain biking, and hiking the local trails. Jeff enjoys assisting his customers whether they are looking for a second home or select building lot.
