Format: We are Boone's "Heritage Station" - broadcasting for over 50 years, a full-service news and information station blending local and national news and popular local hosts. We have a heavy emphasis on local news and sports, birth, and obituary reports. We also have Pet Patrol, Swap Shop, and weekly reports from the mayor of Boone as well as from the Watauga County school system. We are the home of the Watauga High School Pioneers (both women's and men's teams) and we are an affiliate of the Appalachian Sports Network playing all regularly scheduled ASU football and basketball games.
